So remember when I tried to make Soba noodles and came home with Naeng Myeon? Well I have a camera now! So I can post pictures. This time I think it came out much better than the first time around. It still isn’t exactly like I have it at the restaurants, but I knew what I was attempting to make. I had cucumbers, bean sprouts, carrots and mushrooms. I even had the mustard and chilli pepper paste! Whoohoo! Only thing really off is I didn’t good the egg long enough. But I don’t think it’s too bad.
